Mashies uses keyless entry, so no need to wait around or check in at a front desk. Once you book, you’ll get a unique access code sent to your email or phone. Just punch it in at the door and you’re in!

A tee time is a reserved session in our indoor golf lounge. Each membership includes a set number of reservations you can hold at once—not per month.

For example:
If your plan includes 1 tee time, you can have 1 upcoming booking on the calendar at a time. After you use it, you can book your next round on our TrackMan Golf Simulator. It’s a simple way to enjoy virtual golf whenever it fits your schedule, making Mashies the go-to choice for golfers searching for a “golf simulator near me.”

Once your membership is active and your waiver is completed (along with the one-year agreement, depending on your membership), you can book your tee time through our online booking portal. Just log in, choose your preferred time, and you’re good to go—booking is quick, easy, and available 24/7!

Yes, you’ll need to bring your own clubs. We don’t offer rentals at this time, so be sure to pack your set before you come.

Yes, all players are required to sign a waiver before their indoor golf first session. After purchasing your membership, the waiver will be sent to your email for easy online completion. If you bring guests, they’ll need to sign one too (depending on your membership type). You can also preview the waiver anytime on our Terms & Conditions page. This ensures a smooth experience when using our TrackMan Golf Simulators for Virtual Golf.

We have snacks, candy, and drinks free of charge

Your reservation starts at your scheduled time. If you’re late, your session still ends at the originally scheduled time. If you’re a no-show after 10–15 minutes, we may release the bay to waitlisted players.

• Monthly Members: You can cancel anytime. Your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

• Yearly Members: Yearly plans are non-refundable and run for a full 12 months. They auto-renew unless canceled before your renewal date.

• Monthly plans are billed in advance each month.
• Yearly plans can be paid all at once or in 12 equal monthly payments.
  We accept credit/debit cards only. Rejected payments incur a $20 fee, and unpaid dues may result in suspended access.

Late or rejected payments will incur a $20 fee. If your account remains unpaid, your membership access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

No, sharing your code is a violation of our policy and will result in a $200 fine per instance. Access codes are for members only.

We ask all members to:

• Wear appropriate footwear (no spikes or bare feet)

• Only swing clubs from the hitting mat

• Supervise minors at all times
