Waiver & Membership Agreement
To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all players, a few quick forms are required before your first visit. These forms will be sent to your email after purchase but you can also view them below:
Player Liability Waiver (Required for All Players)
All members and guests must complete a waiver before using the facility.
This waiver covers liability release, keyless access rules, and simulator usage guidelines.
One-year Agreement (Required for Annual Memberships Only)

If you’ve purchased an Annual Membership, you’ll receive the agreement via email after checkout.
This agreement outlines the terms of your 12-month commitment, including membership privileges, billing details, and cancellation policy.
